Develop. Train. Encourage.
The Crucible's Fire develops and provides discipleship material, training, and encouragement in spiritual formation to assist the church in producing fully devoted followers of Jesus. In 25 years of ministry, we have seen a great need for one-on-one discipleship and encouragement while on this path of transformation. If you are interested in implementing a comprehensive Disciplemaking program in your church, or simply becoming a more committed follower of Christ, we are here to help!
It is our passion to continue producing quality and helpful content to assist the body of Christ in becoming fully devoted disciples of Jesus and to implement Disciplemaking ministries in the local church.
Follow our blog, The Crucible’s Fire for encouraging stories of our experience of sanctification being a foster/adoptive parent, parent of a special needs child, and servant in to the Kingdom. We also discuss general information about the Christian walk and spiritual formation. Subscribe NOW!
Small Group Material
We have developed a tested and proven curriculum system for Small Group discipleship training we call, FOUNDATIONS. This system has been developed to help a student ministry through an entire year of targeted Disciplemaking training. Though developed for students, this material is beneficial to groups of all ages desiring to deepen their walk with Christ.
Each Volume is divided into six to eight weekly sessions. Each session is broken down into a 15 minute teaching time with all students together. Then, we provide structured suggestions for small group discussion over the given topic. Also, each volume has its own Reading Journal for each student to read, pray, and record their thoughts on the week’s lesson.
As students reach the Junior and Senior years of High School, the system begins to train them to be Paul to a younger brother or sister, their Timothy, building a pattern of training them to be disciples who make disciples.
After 25 years of ministry, we understand how difficult it can be to begin and cultivate a culture of disciplemaking in the local church. Somewhere along the way we lost our mission to make discplemaking disciples. Don’t worry, we are here to help!
We will meet with you and help you take inventory of your congregation and current culture, evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and help you formulate a plan for launching a successful and time-tested discipleship plan.
Another important ministry for us is encouraging the church in her work for the Kingdom.
