Why Other Material?

As we've maintained from the beginning, we don't exist to reinvent the wheel. While we do develop and provide our own material, this is a lengthy process. In the meantime, there are many talented people out there who share our vision for discipleship and are making great material that is free to use. We gladly point you to their material in the hopes it can help you move closer to the day when you are a pure reflection of the image.

The Navigators

The Navigator 2:7 Series is designed for small group work, but can be used at any level of engagement from personal study, to one-on-one, to classroom study. It is published by the Navigators, a historically solid discipleship group for laymen and steps Christians through the process of knowing Christ more and learning to live as His disciple. More information may be found here. This resource is a great place for a new small group or gathering to begin.

For those more interested in one-on-one discipleship, the book  The Timothy Principle  by Roy Robertson is a short and wonderful read. It has been converted into a study guide to be used for individuals or small groups. It focuses on prayer, bible reading / study, scripture memory, preparing to share your testimony, knowing and sharing the Gospel, and discipling others to do the same.

bible reading plans

We are aware that not everyone is able to enter into a mentor / disciple relationship for many reasons. While we strongly urge every believer to unite with a doctrinaly sound body of believers and seek to find a mentor, sometimes believes find themselves on their own. We have collected several different Bible reading plans to download here
