Our Vision

To Educate, Encourage, and Equip the body of Christ as they become and raise up disciples of Jesus willing to LEARN. TEACH. REPEAT. (2 Timothy 2:2)

At The Crucible’s Fire Academy, we are passionate that all believers can and should be trained to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12) and carry out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) with particular attention to those serving in leadership capacities.

The Need

In 2 Peter 3:18, Peter encourages all believers to “... grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” Paul told the Roman Christians in Romans 8:29, that it was the intent of the Father for us to be transformed into the image of His Son. After becoming followers of Jesus, it is vital for us to seek to know more of Him, to learn of His ways, to reflect the image of Christ.

Every believer is charged with this task; young, old, new, and seasoned. It is the basis of our life with Jesus. At The Crucible's Fire, we seek to be continually transformed into the image of Jesus in all we do. It is the chief responsibility of the believer to Know Him and make Him known.

Fundamental to all Christian growth is the study of the Holy Word.

As we’ve taught and trained these basic concepts of the study, we found a unique need in the Rio Grande Valley, Mexico, and other parts of Latin America. Pastors in this region often have little to no formal training and access to study materials is nearly non-existent. On top of that, access to reliable internet is a luxury some pastors can only dream about.

We found the pastors in this region are in great need of training and offline-capable study materials to help them rightly divide the Word of Truth as they serve their congregations. Many, if not most, of them we’ve met are also bi-vocational and aren’t able to financially attend expensive and lengthy formal training opportunities.

Our Mission

To develop and provide pastoral and leadership training for individuals and small groups in all aspects of Biblical Shepherding in today’s ever-changing world.

• To develop on-site How to Study the Bible Workshops.

• To develop The Crucible, an in-person, multi-day Kingdom Training seminar.

• To develop and distribute a custom app to deliver digital content and training for believers in remote locations.

• To create and utilize digital online classrooms for interactive training in remote locations.

• Equip pastors and church leaders with training and study materials through strategic partnerships.
